Kettlebell drill for the day - short and sweaty workout

Hey whassup kettlebellers?? Here's a great workout for those who are short on time but still want to get a quick workout in.


10 minute kettlebell workout


The workout incorporates some staple kettlebell moves into a circuit. You will be doing swings, cleans, goblet squats, modified burpees, windmills and other kettlebell drills in about 10 minutes.

This workout will definitely get your heart rate up (for the cardio effect) and help to burn off some fat (due to the hiit style drills) as well.
